A trip to meet Tom Palmer 3rd and 4th class went to the Y.W.C.A. hall to writer's workshop. In this workshop, they got an opportunity to meet a famous author called Tom Palmer.
The children loved meeting him. Tom Palmer is known for his Football Academy books and the children were very interested in everything that he had to say. Tom shared some tips on planning, drafting and editing stories. He even had a reading quiz at the end of the workshop and the children got the chance to take some penalties too!
