The Model School has a busy, enterprising and thriving Parents' Association which holds meetings and functions throughout the year.

The activities are many and varied and it attempts to involve as many parents and friends of the school as possible.

The school finds the help of the Parents' Association invaluable in various events throughout the year as well as being an extra means of communicating with parents. The activities and the enthusiasm of the Parents' Association foster home-school links which greatly enhance pupil / teacher / parent relationships and enable parents to feel they can make a real contribution as partners in their children's education.

All parents are encouraged to become involved in the Parents' Association. The new committee is elected at the annual General Meeting of the Parents' Association in September/October each year.
