On Wednesday the 9th of November, 5th & 6th class were delighted to be invited to a writing workshop in Monaghan library with author Cathy Cassidy. She shared
her tips for planning stories and read a snippet of her new book, "Sasha's Secret". The children even had a chance at the end of the workshop to take a quiz, and find out which of her characters they are most alike. It was a fantastic morning and has inspired all of us going forward with our own writing!
