Take a look at some of the different activities 1st Class completed during Maths Week.

We played number games and made patterns with pegboards.

We made pictures using tangram shapes and tried to make a square using all of the pieces- this was challenging! We also completed a simple coding activity using lego.

We searched for lots of 2D shapes around the school yard.

We learned all about tally charts and block graphs in Maths. We carried out a traffic survey around our school and presented our results on a block graph.
